This is an important chapter from a new Book I am working on. I didn't realize that it was so important until last month when I heard about Comet Elenin coming towards us right now: Note: NASA says that Comet Elenin is small and insignificant, so I could be very wrong. I am just reporting what I saw and was told by my ET friends at
Channeling session 6 with Ann in July 2010.
Elaine: I’m welcoming my guides and Extra Terrestrial friends at the moment. I know they are around, but I feel very different today, almost as if there is a detached part of me somewhere. It feels as if I’m not really on the same dimension as them, not on the same plain of resonance.
As I don’t know who might be available tonight, I’ll continue on with my connection and we’ll see.
Now I do see something, so, if you’ve got nothing urgent to say yet Ann,I’ll describe what I am seeing.
Elaine: I have been taken way, way out into space…………… to a place I don’t know and I see in the distance a really huge space ship.
I can see on the ship a gathering of planetary beings from all different Nations, possibly the Galactic Federation – I don’t know; they are discussing planet Earth.

It seems that they are not so much concerned with what’s going on with planet Earth right now…(And I was thinking of the recent oil spill in the Gulf, volcanoes that are erupting, right now, today)…………The discussion concerns what is rapidly approaching us from space.

They now show me an enormous asteroid,(not a planet) and it’s traveling very fast.
Elaine:I am being given the images of an enormous asteroid passing between or very close to Jupiter (or could it be Mars? in an arc --I may be wrong).

Now they are showing me that it swings or is pulled close to a large planet and it bounces out of the gravitational field(?) of Jupiter or off of something. ……As I see it, it’s almost like it’s heading for Jupiter and then does an enormous curved swing round.
They are that the effect of gravity is going to sling shot it around in a curve and past Earth.
It’s going to come and go across the path of Earth, but not as you would imagine an asteroid goes past Earth.
What I’m told next is that there is not really a concern about it impacting Earth because apparently it’s too big, and it’s being controlled by gravitational forces.It comes from deep space, and is controlled by the gravitational pull of the sun, as we are on Earth.
It’s much too fast and big to hold an orbit, so it’s a bit like one of those ball bearings things inside of a pinball machine. They tell me that it will shoot towards Earth after going around past a large planet such as Jupiter and back round the other way.
And the BIG point they’re making, is what elements it will affect on Earth. They show me the tides,water in the oceans and lakes, the water tables on Earth and the weather. It’s exerting an enormous drag effect on any water, similar to a full moon. It will be like that but much, much bigger.
I am now outside the spaceship,still looking at it from my position there, and I see the asteroid/comet a long way away.(July 2010)

I am here because the Extra-terrestrials want me to really look into deep space beyond this asteroid/comet, to see how fast it's coming, and how far away it actually is.

I don’t know if I’m getting this right, but it feels like it’s a couple of light years away (not that I know what light years are or how far that it is)….The point is that it’s traveling extremely fast, extremely fast………so I’m asking them to give me some kind of a time-frame. They say within the next year or just beyond so we are looking at perhaps 12 to 15 months? (That would make it anytime after August this year-2011)

I think that our astronomers will be aware of it well in advance ….but they will not see it as a threat.
They will possibly predict it going across the sky towards Jupiter (or one of the larger planets), as opposed to heading towards Earth, and the sling shot effect of it curving around Jupiter is going to be a bit of a surprise.
Ann: So it could cause all sorts of problems?
Elaine: Yes, it will cause huge problems with the oceans, weather and water in general. They say that it’s going to be traveling so fast past Earth, that it won’t be pulled in by Earth’s gravity, as our gravity is not that strong ( not as strong as the Sun’s) but it will be going again back towards the Sun.
So I’m asking them now ….if it is being controlled by the Sun….. how come it’s heading this way anyway, and what actually is it?
And as I see it go past Jupiter, I am very surprised that it’s quite big in comparison to Jupiter.
I know that Jupiter is huge compared to Earth…and as I look at it now , this asteroid/comet could possibly be as big as the earth or even much bigger!
Ann:…Really?
Elaine: Yes. When you see Earth in comparison to Jupiter, Earth is tiny like the size of a pea. So if we had something that big passing by us, that close, it would be very dramatic.
I wonder……I don’t suppose, (this is my speculation), that this could be what everyone has called the mysterious 12th planet?
Because my thought was, is it actually a meteor/asteroid that’s in a mega large orbit around the Sun? Or is it just a random meteor that comes from somewhere else, maybe from a planetary explosion or something?
They don't give me an answer on that.
Ann: Can you see it at all?
Elaine: Yes, it’s just like an enormous rock…
Ann: So it’s not round?
Elaine: No, it’s not a planet shape, it’s not round at all. I can see it clearly, and it’s just like a misshapen rock……..but of enormous gargantuan proportions. So I would have speculated that part of an extremely large planet (larger than any in our solar system) has broken away or something like that.
I just asked, should I be worried? And I just got a very visual image of me standing in oil skins, a sou’wester and carrying a big umbrella…(that’s their sense of humour)…..and they are saying that if you’re anywhere near the coast you’re going to get very very wet, and equally so anywhere else in the world.
There will be tidal reaction as well as rain( and all weather that goes with such an event),which will only last a couple of days.
Ann: And will things go back to normal?
Elaine: Umm Yes…. Yes, I think they will, but there will still be a tremendous amount of damage everywhere. When you think about all the coastlines that there are all around the world, it could be monumental!
I get the feeling it’s going to be more America, and then Europe,…… that side of the Earth…
Ann: So the northern hemisphere?
Elaine: Yes, we will be facing it, as it passes by. But then again, when the water gets shifted on one side of the Earth, it has got to flow back in the other direction,…so it will have a huge effect over the whole planet.
Ummmm…. I am just getting images now of when Atlantis sank. I hope they don’t mean that huge things are going to happen like that on Earth!
Ann: Is there any way of diverting it? Have they thought of that?
Elaine: I’ll ask
Elaine: They are saying that there is no technology they have that is big enough or strong enough to make that much of an impact on it. If you consider something that it is planet sized, you could hardly see spaceships pushing that out of the way!......and I don’t think they have any kind of force field that’s strong enough to do it.
Ann: Yes it’s a big ask, isn’t it.
Elaine: Now they show me a holographic picture of our solar system from above. It’s like the pictures you see in encyclopedias with the Sun in the middle and circles that go around marking the orbits of the planets.
I am shown the asteroid/comet is going to come like this: Imagine the Sun in front of you, and then Jupiter to your right on its orbit, and then closer to the Sun is Earth, positioned just a little bit off-centre to your left.

I see that the planet/meteor is arriving at the right side of the Sun, and it’s going to zoom past the Sun and cut between Jupiter and Earth.
It is going to pass on the near side of Jupiter (as pictured on the visual solar system) and go further out in an arc,….and then sling-shot around once it is past Jupiter on the other side. Then it will return to do a loop in between Jupiter and Earth.
Ann: So it will be going round to the other side (left) of the Earth or the near side (nearest Jupiter) of Earth?
Elaine: No. Imagine your two hands in the air in front of you,palms facing in, then imagine that your right hand is Jupiter, your left hand is Earth, and the Sun is right in the centre of the room in front of you.

It’s coming from the right of the Sun, past Jupiter on the palm side of your hand…travel as far as your stomach area, and then curve round and go on the palm side of your left hand, with the Earth on the other side,…. and then back towards and around the Sun.
It has a mega huge orbit on the far side of the Sun but our solar system is the turn around point.
Ann: It’s closer?
Elaine: Yes, and it’s only because it is passing so close to Jupiter that it gets shot around again, and caught again by the Sun’s gravity.
Ann:…So it’s been on this orbit before?
Elaine: Well…..maybe it has……I don’t know enough about astronomy to comment on that, but it could be (and this is me hazarding a guess)the so called 12th planet that some say is on a 3600 year orbit… (That’s a long way out!)

All the people of the ancient world considered the periodic nearing of the 12th Planet as a sign of great upheavals, great changes, new eras. The Mesopotamian texts spoke of the planet's periodic appearance as an anticipated, predictable, and observable event. "The great planet, at his appearance dark red."
The day itself was described by the Old Testament as a time of rains, inundations, and earthquakes. If we think of the biblical passages as referring, like their Mesopotamian counterparts, to the passage in Earth's vicinity of a large planet with a strong gravitational pull, the words of Isaiah can be plainly understood. "From a far away land they came, from the end-point of Heaven ……..
The prophet Amos explicitly predicted: "It shall come to pass on that Day, sayeth the Lord God, and I will cause the Sun to go down at noon and I will darken the Earth in the midst of daytime."
The prophet Zechariah informed the people that this phenomenon of an arrest in Earth's spin around its own axis would last only one day: "And it shall come to pass on that Day that there shall be no light uncommonly shall it freeze. And there shall be one day, known to the Lord, which there shall be neither day or night."
The prophet Joel said: "The Sun shall be turned into darkness, and the Moon shall be as red blood.")

Ann: So the texts say it’s a planet but our ET friends say it’s not?
Elaine: As I see it (and it could be shown to me as a meteorite because that’s all they could pull out of my head)…..I think it’s definitely not a round planet as we think of them, but it’s certainly planet sized…but I see a much different shape.
I’ll ask them now if there’s anything else I need to know. They show me that on the days when it passes Earth …all the UFOs that are around Earth now will be on the other side of the Earth…on the far side…….(laughs)
Ann: Keeping well out of the way!
Elaine: For their protection, they tell me.
Ann:It will be very dramatic?
Elaine: Yes, they are saying that the gravitational pull of it is so strong, if you’re not already locked in somewhere else in space……(or have another planet as a shield) you could easily get caught up in it.
Ann: Goodness, let’s hope it doesn’t happen like that! That is pretty dramatic. Will astronomers here have any warning?
Elaine: Oh yes, they’ll know it’s coming.
Ann: And they’ll know how close it’s going to be?
Elaine: Yes, but the thing I think that they may miss, is the fact that when it goes past a large planetary body like Jupiter, it will double back very fast. We know it will sling shot around in an arc then, although there may be some people or scientists/astronomers who will calculate the weight and the size and the mass, and realize that when it goes past Jupiter is going to get flung in another direction.
Ann: Right! So there will be some warning?
Elaine: Yes… oh there will be, but they may not realize quite the effect it will have…..and you know we’ve had comets go past before and they don’t really affect the tides and things like that.

I’m back now inside the space ship at the moment, and I see quite a number of the tall headed ET’s talking amongst themselves.
Ann: Is there any particular language that you can hear, or is it just inaudible?
Elaine: That’s an interesting question. It seems like a very tonal musical language and it’s almost like they use telepathy for the big concept, and tonal language for the details.

Another thing has just come up which is interesting. And that is that they know the Earth will survive. The asteroid/comet is not going to hit the Earth….. because it’s come this way before, many thousands of years ago, so that confirms that it must be in a big orbit. But they are very much aware of the problems it will cause when it passes so close.
Ann: So they’re going to keep a watchful eye on us……or what is going to happen?
Elaine: Yes, I think there are going to be further developments coming……..they are just deciding.
Because the population on Earth has grown so much… we have so many cities by the coast, I think there is some debate amongst the ET’s as to whether something major should be done. It’s a question of …….shall we intervene and offer assistance…… or should we (as we cannot stop it) should we offer assistance in a different way?

For example: They could beam /pick people up and put them somewhere else very quickly…. without them actually even realizing that,as if you suddenly wake up and you are somewhere else.....which again, they tell me,… would cause a huge amount of confusion; Or whether to telepathically warn many people and help them to feel that they really have to move away from the coast, even if it’s only temporarily for a couple of weeks (or months), so that even though buildings may not be saved, lives will. So the debate amongst them, is about what is the best approach.
Elaine: Because, when you are talking about the whole of Earth that’s quite a big job!
Ann: It's catastrophic, really… isn’t it? I’m trying to imagine it…the devastation….
Elaine: Yes: And surely a huge amount of people to take care of as well.... And I think up till now, the telepathic influence for people to get up and move is coming out on top at the moment.
Ann:….Well the animals will know when to move…..
Elaine: Yes, they’ll go…yes. But we will see it weeks and weeks if not months before it comes too close.
The astronomers will see it anyway, but I don’t know if they will see enough danger to notify everyone.
Ann:….. So this is inevitable?
Elaine: Well… I assume so, I am just repeating all that they have shown me, and that’s what they are looking at….so yes……
Elaine: And do you know what they are showing me now? They show me that when it passed earth long before,a chunk of it broke off (or was part of its meteor field) and was dragged into Earth’s gravitational field, and that was when a meteor hit and was when all the dinosaurs died.
Ann:…Oh my goodness!
Elaine: Yes, so it must have been orbiting on this path for a very long time. But I think we will get meteor showers, lots of shooting stars, and more.They say that nothing huge will break off this time (or no big meteor) because that really would be fatal for all of us!
Ann: Oh yes, devastating…. A major event!
Elaine: And they say that if ever that should happen, they could help us with that……… a big piece of rock they could easily destroy… or move, or do something…
Elaine: So maybe this event IS this infamous 12th planet ? I don’t know.
Ann: Yes, I don’t know much about the 12th planet, but it’s something that people are talking about right now.
Elaine: Well, I don’t know much about it myself really…I just know that it’s supposed to be another planet that has a massive orbit. Imagine that it takes Earth one year to go around the sun, and this planet takes 3600 years to go around the Sun…(if it indeed does that--and is not orbiting around something else)……That’s massive!
Ann: Right, so any sunnier prospects to come?
Elaine: Ok, so I have just asked them why they are showing me this now, and they say: …So that it can be broadcast in just one of many ways…I think this information will be given to a lot of other people around the world as well as me…
Also they say, it’s because we have a right to know, and also because it will interfere on a huge scale with our electrical communications.

Ann: Yes, I was just thinking that might happen.
Elaine: And cause an Aurora Borealis everywhere…everyone will be able to see it.
Ann: So communications will falter?
Elaine: Yes, it almost seems an impossible thing to happen..with something THAT big,…….it just seems implausible to me…….I know I’m only just repeating what they are telling me, but to me it seems unbelievable………that something that big could pass by Earth, that close, and not destroy Earth
Ann: Yes…you think it would be pulled in….well we shall see.
Elaine: Yes…..hmmmmm
Ann: It sounds like there are quite a few Extra-terrestrial ships here right now and they are all going to be on the other side of Earth when it happens…parking there!
Elaine: Well yes,……staying in that quadrant as it were, to be within Earth’s shield…..because I think such is the velocity and the strength of this ‘meteor’/planet you just couldn’t be anywhere else (to be safe), if you know what I mean.
Ann: It will affect everything
Elaine: I don’t quite understand the whole of this …my question would be, if they can, why don’t they change the vibrations of their ships and just slip into another dimension?
Elaine: Hmmm, as an answer to that, I get the feeling that the shock waves, or the reverberation from this meteorite/comet/planet, will pass through all the dimensions… because of the speed that it’s going at.
They tell me that anything passing through space or by anything else at any speed makes a sound vibration,….. and the sound waves pass through everything, including dimensions… it’s like a sonic boom…its goes out through all the dimensions and ‘’rattles all the windows’’
Ann: So it’s going to be awfully big and very noticeable.
Elaine: I think it just might be!
Ann: …What about the moon? Will it affect the orbit of the moon?
Elaine: Hmmm now there’s a very good question!
I have a feeling from what they are showing me,(if you can imagine that You are planet Earth) that this thing is passing in front of you from right to left and if you imagine, somewhere in the vicinity of your left shoulder blade….. that is where the moon will be at the point of most close contact.
Ann: So it’s going between the Earth and the Moon, and the moon might be on the other side of the planet?
Elaine: Well, the Moon , as you know, orbits the Earth once a day, and all that they are telling me is that at the most dangerous point in time, the moon will be ¾ of the way round the Earth, and they are not saying any more.
I would have thought that as the Moon goes so fast around the Earth, and I imagine that the asteroid will take a couple of days at least to get past us, it’s going to be making an energetic impact on the Moon.
Ann: You would think so, wouldn’t you…..
Elaine: I just don’t understand how the Moon cannot be affected, unless there’s some kind of shield, or force field or gravitational thing that protects it…I don’t know but that’s a really good question, Ann.
Ann:….Well the moon might get in the way?
Elaine: Yes! Imagine how it would be if we lost our moon?
Ann:…Well it would be very strange!
Elaine: Well we would cease to have tides…for a start.
Ann: Yes! And it would be dark at night….every night………
Elaine: Yes…hmm, I suppose it all depends on what angle or where the Moon actually is, ……but really, in truth, I think it’s much too big to get that close, it couldn’t pass between the Moon and Earth.
Ann: So I suppose we’ll have to leave it to providence and see……
Elaine: I am going to sit for a minute to see if there is anything else they have to tell me….
It’s funny, I am now seeing a kind of structure….If you can imagine fence panels, but imagine them made out of bendy bamboo….and imagine you have 2 fence panels joined together by a central pole, so that you could fold them back into a V shape…… I am seeing these V shaped panels on beaches…. And I am talking about enormous ones….like the front of a ship, that kind of shape….. but the actual poles, or pieces of wood MOVE up and down, so that they can….’sigh’ let’s just say that these panels act as a kind of a buffer against the incoming water, but they also move in and out if you know what I mean, they are flexible…….
I see that they are letting the sea water flow past them…. because the V shapes are pointed out to sea.
It would lessen and split the impact of the water….but when the water rushes back to sea, the panels open out and everything gets strained trough the gaps. All the water goes through the gaps and anything else is trapped behind the fence (at the shore). A bit like window louvers or slats on a window blind, but made of bamboo type material that bends.
I can’t see how that would work…..they are showing it to me Ann, but I can’t see how on earth it could work….you imagine if there were cars and houses being washed out to sea?, it would just break everything down………
Ann: What are these structures made of?
Elaine: Well they looked like they were made out of some kind of wood or bamboo or something…….. you know, like ivory bones or piano keys that click and clack up and down………you know like a bobbin on a loom, kind of rounded on one end shape …or like a shape of an old Victorian nail buffer? The slats are like very long ovals…long extended ovals.
All the pieces in this barrier fence are that shape, and they all flap up and down and all move, and when the water comes at them they are shut, but when the water comes out they flap up and open, and it acts like a strainer.
Ann:….So that’s to stop anything being washed out to sea?
Elaine:…..Well maybe it’s for people, I don’t know…… I really don’t know why they are showing me this Ann, because the logical part of my brain is saying why? Unless I am getting this entirely on the wrong scale…I can’t see what purpose it would serve or how it could work.
But then sometimes the simplest stupidest things work really well. You think…… streuth …that would never work….it would get washed away…..or blown away!
Ann:…so are these wedge shaped structure close together? Are they joined?
Elaine: Yes. If you were writing this down on a paper it would be like lots of V’s together on the coastlines, in out, in out……
Ann: And how tall are they?
Elaine: Taller than a house
Ann: ……So would these structures be built on beaches prior to this flooding in order to stem the tide?
Elaine: Do you know Ann, I don’t know ……. I have to get past myself….in order to see how this could work,--who would supply it, and how would it get built, or take in what they are showing me as a method to minimise damage,…… because my mind is saying, if you get the sea coming in with that kind of force, NOTHING would stand up to it…but maybe they will let us know.
I’m getting really hot here…I don’t know what’s going on…….I’ll be quiet for a moment and see what they say. I am becoming hugely aware of the clocks in the room and the church bells outside and the rain, and because I let my mind interfere with that then, I have lost my contact.
I don’t know that I am going to get anymore, as I have gone back to the spaceship now, and all I can hear is a lot of white noise now.
I almost feel embarrassed, because I have told you what I was shown regarding defenses against the sea, but my logical mind is saying how impossible is that?
But then again….. what do I know? Why would I make this up?

11) Debate and allow all viewpoints, and see merit in simplicity.
12) Do not own anything; and if one is enough, why have two?
13) Encourage children from the moment of conception with love and joy.

16) Do not confine or take the life of anything, be it person or animal.
17) Learn to communicate with all living things. This includes things which you consider to have no consciousness at this time; plants, trees, all animals including fish and cetaceans.

19) Learn to sing and express yourselves into joyful tones.
20) Realize that all levels of fear are self-created.
21) Remove all boundaries across land or sea on Earth.
22) Aim to become a peaceful united people of Earth.
23) Allow all peoples the right to be who they are without persecution.
24) Seek beyond man created religion for a greater truth.
25) Love yourself and love others in the same manner.
26) Begin within your own family, then follow with your community, and finally spread your thoughts and feelings wider. Use your power of intention for good over a larger area.
27) Honour the creatures of the sea as you would the land animals.
28) Have faith that the bigger picture will reveal itself more and more each day.
29) Allow yourselves to wonder at your unique differences, and allow all to be as it is.
30) Be prepared to welcome other peoples from other worlds and to learn from them.

Hi to everyone who reads my blog! I thought I would post these pictures, taken by me on the last full moon on July 17th 2008 in Surrey UK.

First things first,….you cannot go physically, because you would disappear!

Expand your senses and use all 5 plus 5 more, which are:

The first five are linked with logical left brain thinking,---you see, hear, taste, touch and smell.

The second five are accessed through the right hemisphere of the brain:

Sight—using inner vision, 3^rd eye and 5^th eye (upper vision). By closing your eyes and visualising, then letting whatever you see or feel become real. Be immersed in it.

Hearing: Really listen to the silence, and again, using your right brain, listen to the spaces between natural sounds, like birds, air, sea, atmosphere,……this makes your hearing more acute. Listen for both high and low sounds.

Taste: How many of you eat consciously? How many of you chew every mouthful with your knife and fork laid down and close your eyes and really think about what you are eating or tasting?

Feel the life force and the molecules in your food and be in touch with them as they go into your digestive system. Feel the air pass over them as you breathe, whilst the food is in your mouth, like a wine taster samples good wine.

In this way, you will find you eat less and are more satisfied. Be aware of how alive your food is, (or not, as the case may be)!

It's all about expanding your awareness of everything around you, both inside and out.

Touch: Have you ever put your consciousness into the ends of your fingertips, and really thought about what you are touching?

Doing the blindfold thing – Have you ever put on a blindfold and played the ‘What am I touching’ game?

This works well with tasting as well. This brings you to more acute awareness of the wonderful senses you have, and how much you ignore them most of the time!

Then we move on to feeling energy, this game is the right brain function: to be able to feel the energy of your aura or particles around you.

How many of you have closed your eyes and then tried the ‘How to feel energy’ exercise? I found when working in haunted houses, or sacred sites, or even crop circles,-- that to close your eyes and extend your hands using right brain energy to feel was happening around you is the best way. Feel the tingle of electromagnetic force or sense the energy of the person next to you. Moving into the next dimensions is helped by closing the external input from the eyes which were accept directly to the left brain processing function. So, to begin to really learn, close your eyes and lock into it with your feelings. The Andromedans told me all about the importance of right brain, lateral, or feeling impulses.

Finally, the sense of smell. Here we have an exercise that uses the breath. Simply focus your attention on your nose and lungs, thereby being aware of what you are breathing in and out within the oxygen. So being out in the open is good. Better still, in nature or by the sea. So many of us have deodorised houses, we don't always remember that we are filling our cells with chemicals every time we breathe in. The just being more aware of smell is helps to train the brain to access more information. Think of a perfumier -- One who knows every subtle blend and constituent of a good perfume, and every flower that is used to make it.

Altogether, we are expanding our awareness and feelings into the next dimension- it's as simple as that. It's all just an exercise to enlarge the boundaries of our world and reality. We impose boundaries by not paying attention to everything -- including our bodies and our minds. If you look at the air around you -- you can learn to see the atoms and molecules moving all around you. You can see the wind move, and see the sparkling energy in the air. These are the edges of the fourth dimension, and this is a good place to start.

How can you go into the other dimensions, if you don't know where they are? They extend outwards, and in words from you, and so start with what you have, which is yourself.

‘To be in the world but not of it’.+How do we deal with destructive behavior?

‘To be in the world but not of it’.

This statement illustrates the separation of light and dark, of higher vibrations and lower ones. It is a statement which shows us those who are ‘in the world’ resonating as you all do now on Earth. But to be ‘in the world but not of it’ means to be there on Earth and to be living at a vibrationary rate and level that allows open vision of what is truly there.

We speak of this particular level only as a start—there are many more dimensions beyond, but those will be revealed as you grow and learn even more.

But we ask you to take one step at a time and master each one before taking on a new task, and this is a good indication for all – not just for you. You cannot lay a brick down upon another until the first is laid and solidly in place.

So as a synopsis; all of you could learn to communicate with us for further help and instruction; from that basis, you can teach others. The steps we have spoken about will naturally bring a peacefulness to all who experience it. You can best teach by example, and so begin with the self.

You asked us how we deal with destructive behavior. We answer:

We do not deal with it. Whoever chooses destructive behavior has made that choice. We can only illustrate by example, how beautiful non-destructive behavior is. In this endeavour, we hope and expect that whomever we touch will be attracted to who we are and how we feel, and will want that for themselves.

Thus—it is like two tuning forks. If we resonate the way we are loudly and clearly in places where destructive behavior is strong, our aim is that those who are in destructive patterns, (who are like the other tuning fork) will pay attention to our vibrations. This stops the flow frequency from the negative behavior, and if held for long enough, our frequency will begin to resonate in them, and the old pattern of energy will not resonate any more.

You have a story in your Bible about Jesus: speaking about when he walked amongst the crowds and people were healed. The people there paid attention, and allowed his vibrations to change theirs. Once they were resonating at his frequency – they were healed of all imbalances, no matter what they were.

So it is that we hope our presence will allow those with destructive behavior to change of their own free will. All that is required, is that you pay attention to anything other than that which you are focused on normally (which perpetrates destruction). If you change focus, destruction is no longer possible – just as if you change judgement to non-judgement your perception of your world will change also.

This stage one, and as far as we can take you in this area.

Each one of you can help in his or her own way; planting a tree or cultivating the Earth is one option, but that which has even more profound effect is the way you look upon all things. Your thoughts towards living entities such as plants and trees is of the utmost importance.

Know that nature has a divine order that is more organised than human behaviour. It is in harmony with universal energy and follows the mathematical and geometrical patterns according to the laws of frequency and sound; nature responds intimately to its own inner sound and the ensuing harmonics of that sound.

The Phi spiral is a perfect example of frequency at work. If you could hear the melody or signature sound of a Nautilus shell, a tree, a fir cone, or almost everything in nature, you would hear the song of Universal Harmony.

It begins with the genetic signature of itself, this establishes the fundamental tone. From there, the harmonics evolve producing a pattern of growth which you have named Phi. But Phi is in itself the matrix for so many forms, and each is a fractal or holographic representation of the whole.

We refer to patterns within patterns that form one aspect or note of a bigger melody that reverberates throughout the Universe. Each different mathematical calculation gives its own pattern, and is one aspect of a greater whole.

Gratitude and appreciation for the miracle which is within you and outside of you in nature is one way to enrich and enhance the quality of resonance. Even when you perceive ‘garbage’, you can look upon the structure of everything and marvel at its tonal composition.

There is nothing which is good or bad, it is all part of all that is. Only you, by placing the energetic signature of judgement on any given thing will change your perception of it, and therefore your reality.

In truth, multilayered true reality is always right in front of you, but is shaped into your personal concepts by your judgement.

Everything IS, and in order to truly perceive that, do not overlay the energy it gives out with judgement, as this changes how it is perceived.

We would wish that you could truly see what is all around you; through the dimensions, as we do; but this ability will grow as you learn to erase the layers of illusion you create and begin to see everything as it actually is.

Everything that you desire to help others with, hinges on an ability that we all have; one that has applications in all dimensions, and that is to really see.

To bring the personal vibrations to a still point where all thoughts are void and all feelings are open to receive. As we have said before, when you quiet the logical reasoning and allow anything to be possible, then all of that which is truly miraculous becomes apparent; and in truth, this is all encompassing.

Everything from an empty can or a microchip, to a piece of paper or passion fruit flower holds the same energy of all, and awe, within it.

All of creation is filled with the energy of the Creator Source, and when you all begin to resonate with it, your perception of the world will alter and you all will begin to see where you really are.

And this in turn affects all levels of living and being, like dominoes falling over.
Some of you on Earth call this ‘Ascension’, and indeed, you will be ascending from one perception of reality to another.

It is not about ‘going to heaven’ and yet it is; because that which is truly all around you could be called Heaven, when perceived through unclouded eyes and felt with non-judgemental emotions.

The Daily Mail says an urgent alert has been issued because a tidal wave is threatening coastal areas of England and Europe.

"A three-metre tidal surge is predicted to surge down the English Channel in the next 12 hours posing an "extreme danger to life and property", experts have warned.

Coupled with storms and high tides, the wave could leave swathes of the east coast under water, according to the Environment Agency.

A combination of gale force winds off the coast of Scotland and high tides are expected to cause floods which could breach sea defences."

European forecasters today warned of high winds, extreme snowfall and avalanches.

Now the Andromedan female ‘Mir’, is nudging me to focus my attention on the middle of my body, which is where my waistline would be, in between my naval and solar plexus. She's talking about things which are in deep, and I'm drawing back from the conversation and looking at that area of the body, and the words she is saying are ‘ in depth’.

So, I'll just check and see what she means by this. Aha! Right, I understand.

Mir: We have spoken in the past about the brain and the mind; we have spoken about the heart area, and now I want to go to the area here, around the naval, the middle of the body, and speak to you about its connections to the Earth and family.

Elaine: I was going to add here that this area is sometimes known as the Hara by martial arts people. But I am corrected, because the area she is referring to is slightly higher, and really on the waistline. She is giving me a visual of being connected to my mother with an umbilical cord, but I'm also looking right through the body from that point to the spine, just where the spine joins with the pelvis.

She is saying that this is also an important point in the body, because this is the area where we store all things, such as emotions, and earthly things that keep us anchored to everything that is here. This is interesting because we were just talking earlier about me and my possessions, and my need to sort through and get rid of all the excessive ‘stuff’ I have collected over time.

I find it fascinating to compare to you, Steve, because you find that getting rid of your possessions is extremely easy, and I find it very difficult. So I am going to be quiet and stop talking now, and ask Mir what it is that she wants to say.

Mir: All the things that you humans fight about and get stressed with are all those things pertaining to the ‘I’, or the self; the ‘I’ you recognize as who you are when you look in the mirror.

And the ‘I’ that you recognize in Earth terms needs identification; needs an identity which is apart from who we are in the outside world; that being maybe someone’s boss or a garage owner or a bus conductor.

But the ‘I’ within the personal world need mirrors within the things that are around it to reflect the self back to you. Now when I say mirrors, I don't mean the real mirrors that you look in to brush your hair. I mean, when Elaine looks at her medical books, and her art books, and finds it so hard to let go of them. There is self identification when you look at something like that that says, yes, that's part of me. Yes, that's something I love, and something I identify with, and it's something I wish I was, or is part of me.

Elaine: For me, I don't necessarily wish that I had been a doctor, but if I had been a doctor, I would be in a much better position than I am now in order to help people with their health problems, in terms of Earth qualifications and prestige. And also when it comes to being an artist; had I taken the place offered to me in Art college and got myself a degree in art, then I think I would carry much more weight, and be more ‘saleable’ in the art world within the structure of expectations that people have about what is art, and who artists are.

And so I see that those things, those art and medical books, give me a sense of security and identification; a ‘let's not forget that this is part of you’ feeling, which is why I find it so hard to let go of them.

Mir: The same applies with music, and the musical instruments that you love, and so on. It's because part of you would have loved to have been a musician on a grander scale, rather than on a small scale. All these things are mirrors that reflect back to you, and are like cushions around you; they support you in maintaining your sense of identity, reminding you who you are and where you fit into society.

And they resonate not necessarily in the mind, but that is where they might end up; they resonate here at the waistline in between the bottom of the stomach and the naval, simply because this is your anchor pin to your credibility on earth. I suppose you could call it the solar plexus, but it is a bit lower than that.

This is also where you store your images of how you think other people see you, and how that matches to the self image you have created inside.

Elaine: (Again, this is a topic we were talking about earlier)

Mir: This is commonly why, when you are upset, the feeling in the ‘stomach’ and the digestion is very acute, and sometimes you can feel very sick, and you need to go to the bathroom or toilet. This happens when something upsets you on a very personal, ‘who am I’ level.

And if we are to be detached from this storehouse of imagined perception of the self, then we need to pull the plug (as it were) and lose our sense of identity. This is a step towards not being one thing, but being all things.

When I say, ‘lose your sense of identity’ that, in human terms, comes across as very scary or frightening; because unless you know who you are, things can get difficult in the world. Do not mistake what I say for lack of self esteem, self worth or identity.

I want you to look at this in a finer way and say to yourself; it is a transition from self imposed limits to unlimitedness. First you let go of your concepts of who you think you are, and this for Elaine will make letting go of all her paraphernalia, her mirrors, much easier. But it then comes full circle to the next level, so that you understand that you are all the things only more so, Everything.

So, instead of wanting to have been a doctor, or wanting to have been a ‘qualified’ artist with a degree, or a botanist or chemist (and I know Elaine has all these desires inside of her); lose that identification with what represents those things on earth.

For example, the concept that you must have a whole bucketful of qualifications and study in order to be someone. You can step out of that into the knowing that we are all botanists, chemists and artists and that we are all part of everything.

Take off the labels, cover up those mirrors that give you back earthly conceptual reflections, and then allow a more universal ‘dome’ over the top of you to be the thing that reflects back to you which is: you are nothing but you are also all things.

And when I say nothing, I do not mean inconsequential, I mean, you are without Earthly identification, a slot.

Come out of your BOX, the slot that you put yourself in, and become MORE.
As I have said before, this is a step towards loosening up the energy in this area that keeps you very much anchored to concepts and possessions.

Take someone like your friend Steve, who has slowly been shedding all the mirrors around him; has few possessions, and whose identification now is really only as a creative person. His chosen path was within the realm of music, and now it's within the realm of film, and even that is identification.

Steve, you are creator of mood and expression, a creator of subtle inference.

If you can step into the ‘I am nothing’ (and that doesn't mean you don't amount to anything, it does not have earth connotations; rather it means I am identity free); after having experienced that place, you will find that your life path is leading you towards stepping into a place of ‘I am all things’.

For example, it's like having total amnesia. If you had total amnesia and didn't know that you could play the piano, or didn't know that you could create beautiful films, not only would you rediscover what you can do, you would also re-discover what you don't know you can do now.

This area of the body that we speak about obviously connects directly to the brain. It contains the way we think and view the world, the seeing of colours; everything that relates to the inner self, in fact. It is a genetically inherent tendency that you learn who you are from reflected outside sources right from the beginning of your life, even including whether you are male or female.

Elaine: Okay, I understand what Mir has said so far, and I ask her the question: what do we actually do with this? How do we achieve this thing…. when you say, ‘pull the plug out’. What do you really mean, in practical terms?

This is very interesting; as an answer, she has just come up with another concept from me to look at.

She is showing me a visual of myself with a blindfold on and saying:

Mir: Imagine if you were blind and had no concept of what you looked like, and you could not see what it was you were eating when it was in front of you. Every sensation, smell and taste would be different, and your analysis of what was happening around you would be coming from a different place too.

It wouldn’t be coming from here in the stomach area, it would be coming from your finer senses, such as your subtle sense of smell and your heart feeling. You would ask yourself, how does it feel? Do I feel good today? You would not say ‘do I look good? Let's look in the mirror. You would say, ‘Do I feel good and do I feel comfortable? What do I really want?

If you are not using your sight to identify things such as cake, biscuits or pork chops, pink cardigans, or shiny shoes….. which are all about ‘how do I look to others’ and what do I think I want….. Then it comes down to how do I feel about myself and what do I feel I need to eat?

If it were a pair of shoes the difference would be not, ‘are these the latest fashion’, but ‘do these feel comfortable and kind to my feet’? Do they feel like they belong to me? When it comes to food you would be very much more in touch with your body. You would ask internally, does my body need or want something sweet, something with vitamin C in it, or something with protein?

If you referred to your feelings within all these areas…. not just sight and smell, but also taste and hearing and touch, all things which are truly what you need or want would be much more easily accessible.

Elaine: This is a really good example to illustrate what she has been talking about. The whole point is about whether you focus your attention outside the self, or you focus your attention inside.

I allowed myself to be distracted just then by a noise outside and I opened my eyes, and it was like pulling the plug out of my connection to her. To be truthful, I think she (Mir) has done this purposely; because if I was in a ‘reading’ with someone I can do that easily… I can open my eyes, close them again and go back to where I was in the reading.

It’s usually not a problem for me, which is why I did it just then. But maybe she has given me this as an example of pulling the plug out or pulling the connection out to accessing so much more with their eyes closed.

Of course we need to be able to do it with our eyes open eventually, but that whole flow of information from her is gone now, once I became occupied with the distraction outside.

I see it now; it's almost like when you are distracted by things around you, that is when you are blind. That’s when you can't see, when your eyes are open, because of all the visual distractions, and because you are turning off your sensory perception in order to allow visual input. When you visually take in so many frames per second, all that data diverts you away from what you should be sensing.

This has all happened at exactly 7 o’clock on the 7^th July 2007 and I wonder if there is any significance in that, or whether there is some kind of planetary thing going on! I do find it phenomenal that my connection was closed so abruptly in the middle of receiving messages from Mir; and when I looked at my watch, it was exactly 7 o'clock. So I can only guess at the meaning, but as a lesson, it did make an impact! Very spooky!!

And now, in an instant, he is taking me into the interior of a spaceship. The atmosphere, the air, and the feel of it is totally right. Instead of an outdoor feeling --smell the fresh air, see the light,-- this is a very soft, muffled, well insulated, still place. It has a constant warm temperature to it, and I have gone from somewhere in the ship where the walls were all padded, to a bank of hollow tubes with ‘Plexiglas’ doors on the fronts. I just know that they are sleeping compartments. To use them for sleep, you pull out the half tube, get on, and then slide back in again and close the door. To my mind, this would probably seem less than comfortable, as there is not much space. It is a bit like being in an MRI scanner!

One advantage, though, is that you can see out, because the doors or portholes are clear and quite big. There is a whole block of them, and it would be like being inside of a beehive, where all the compartments or cells in the beehive have the person in each one. Well, it's almost like that except the compartments are round instead of hexagonal, as in a beehive.

Next door to that there is like some kind of galley that has a door you can open and go inside. It's like a ‘kitchen’, and there are buttons on the wall, and some kind of fluid or water there. It is all artificially lit with soft lighting, and lots of material that looks like stainless steel.

Ptplec tells me that it is not stainless steel but something else, even though that’s what it looks like. The reason he is taking me to this place is because he is getting me to feel the surfaces of everything, and to get into the feeling or the sensory information of the ‘whoosh’ noise when the door closes on one of those little pod things.

The feeling is almost tangible, like a sensation of pressure in the body. This whole atmosphere is hugely sensory. I am able to feel the very still warm air, and this is all part of my experience here.

He is demonstrating to me the beginning steps of where telepathic communication takes you, with visuals, being able to hear, see, smell and touch, and to really be able to feel everything totally, so that you see it, feel it and you know it.

He says that this the beginning stage of being so ‘there’, that you really are.

When I saw myself walking around his house, my energy body or some part of me was really there, and he tells me that the part of me that was there is located in my head, in my brain somewhere. He says it was not my entire energy body, because that is still occupying space where my physical body is. So I am also very much aware of my physical body here in the room on Earth whilst this is all going on.

So the part of me that went there originates in my head, somewhere in my brain, and it is not a physical bit, but an energetic part from my brain. Maybe it's my energetic awareness?

He is trying to demonstrate to us that if you have your eyes closed and you are not focusing your awareness on the room or the people around you, then you turn off that outside ‘television set’ and go inside to the internal viewer, you can get all the same senses with that, like smell, touch, feeling. The big thing is that this part of you is free to go anywhere. Ptplec says it's the same part of your energy that you use when you go remote viewing, and that its available to all, as everyone has it located in their brain area.

Question: Is there a way of developing this for everyone?

Ptplec: Yes, it is the same, and follows on from what I have already been telling you. You have to start to turn off your logical thinking and go into the realms of energy. You Earth people call it so many things, like clairvoyance, insight, and some call it imagination. This is where it begins; you need to cultivate your inner imagination and inner vision. That is why it is so important for people to just sit still, shut your eyes to close off the external information around you, and focus your attention inwardly.

Elaine: He also demonstrates that there is a point somewhere in the centre of my head where this ‘inner television screen’ is. He also points to two places behind my ears just above the mastoid bones, and I can see that this makes a triangle or a triangulation.

He reminds me about when his mother (Mir) spoke to me about these two places behind my ears being antenna, or my ‘receiving nodes’. He explains that if you were to draw this triangle inside your head, the baseline would be right at the back of your head behind your ears from one side to the other, and the third point would form the triangle at a point in the centre of your head.

Ptplec: It is this energetic triangle that creates the inner vision for you. This triangular antenna enables you to use the inner ‘television set’, and the ‘antenna’ and the ‘set’ work in tandem to locate where it is you want to go. Elaine: I can't say that I understand fully what that means yet, but that is what he is telling me.

Now this is interesting!

Ptplec says: You know when you have something wrong with your ears? Humans lose their sense of balance, and sometimes you can also lose your sense of direction.

Humans have an inbuilt electro-magnetic sensing device like you see in so many animals, (such as homing pigeons and animals that migrate). They follow electro magnetic pathways which they use for finding their direction. This is an inner directedness, which you can see when whales find their way around the world, for example. Humans have this ability but you are mostly unaware of it and don't use it to a great extent. For example, if you are out in a car somewhere, needing to find a certain place, this guidance system comes into action when you follow your intuition, or you have a ‘hunch’ that you must take a left turn.

So many of you have cut yourselves off from the energy of this area of the brain, that you don't use it at all; I encourage you all to change and get used to using it, as it's an important part of the energy that will be much more in use in the future.

Elaine: He is now makes reference to the whole back part of the head; saying that there is so much to learn about energetically in there, and we will be starting to use it to stretch and wake-up over the next coming decade.

Question: Are there (nonphysical) energetic things extending outside the body like these antenna that can be seen in the aura?

Ptplec: No, there are not extended energetic antenna in your aura, but more like energy prints/maps in your auric field. These sort out and contain destination and position to anywhere in the world or Galaxy. For wherever you want to go, it is your homing device, direction finder, or ‘satellite navigation’ as it were. It's not a one pointed signal which comes out in a straight line, but a whole blueprint or map that has shape and energetic form.

Ptplec: Imagine two little circles at the points just behind your ears, and see that your energy comes out from your body here like a dome or half ball. It's not just a straight line, it is a 180° field and it joins with the energy of the point on the other side of your head to make a 360° field.

This is also part of your sensory guidance system. For example, maybe when you are out, you might feel as if there is someone behind you? Occasionally when out walking you feel someone behind you, looking at, or watching you?

When you look around to see who it is, this is when those energy nodes are at work. They give you spatial awareness, directional awareness, magnetic energy awareness; and when combined with your inner television screen, they give you a route map or satellite navigation for when you want to go somewhere mentally, or you need to find a way to get somewhere quickly, if in danger. I believe that answers the question?

Elaine: Yes, thank you.

Question: Within the discipline of some martial arts, the highest Masters cultivate high awareness and are able to direct their energy in all directions (360°) at the same time. Are they making use of that same energy field, but translating it into a more physical thing?

Elaine: This is interesting, Ptplec says that yes, they are.

Ptplec: The difference is that they are linking the two points above the ears with a third point above the eyebrows in the centre of the forehead (the third eye point), and that triangulation gives an awareness of your immediate physical surroundings.

Ptplec: When you are tuned in to your ‘internal television’, it is for you to project yourself outwards, and to travel and go somewhere energetically. Whereas the other triangulation point (the third eye) is for detecting what is out ‘there’ coming in.

So for example, if you were trying to sense if someone was going to ambush you; or if you were blind, and trying to be aware of objects in front of you, or perhaps a vehicle coming, that triangulation comes into action and your incoming receiver is at work.

Elaine: So we stretch out our energy fields in one configuration to sense what is incoming, whereas the other triangle to the internal ‘TV’ is outgoing, for us to travel out on. I find this fascinating!

Ptplec: There are many more incoming and outgoing triangular receiver antenna that link up to different places and other energetic points in the brain.

All these different points lock together to form individual triangular antennae. There is one point right on the crown of the head, which is above the ‘television screen’ area. This is up on the crown where a baby’s soft spot (fontanel) would be; and there is also one pointing down, like an upside-down triangle.

There are also more than one going down into the energy centres or chakras of the body.

Elaine: I thought he was going to say that there was one into the heart, (which is slightly off to the left of the body), and I think that’s connected to the heart energy. But he is saying no, that the energetic equivalent would be more into the centre of the body where the heart chakra is.

Ptplec: This antenna into the heart energy area enables you to be aware of what energy your heart is putting out, and also gives awareness of your physical body, for example, if you have pain or physical discomfort.

Elaine: So, these two points behind and slightly above your ears are extremely important, as they are the key antenna points to monitor your awareness of internal and external things. That's amazing!

He's also going on to say how you can use these antenna or sensors to read other peoples energy. He explains, for example, that when I am sitting talking to you, I am reading your energy by using you as the third point of the triangle; and that the sad part really was that I didn't know that that was what I was doing.

Ptplec: This is an automatically built in thing for the human body, and it is time to tell you, and for you to know what you are all capable of. This is the time for everyone to realize their potential and to know just how much you will be able to achieve in the future.

Elaine: Now he is pointing to a place right behind the bridge of my nose. It’s right where my glasses sit on the bridge of my nose. He says, if you go back inside the head maybe two or 2 1/2 inches. It's right there.

He says it is vital that I get this information absolutely correct, and that there is another important point. This is odd; he is telling me that the part I have just been talking about between the bridge of the nose is like a screen for an internal camera. I see a visual of when you are undergoing an operation, and there is a little camera that goes up your nose and down your throat.

So at the moment I am seeing the back of my throat; inside I can see a big artery, and many veins. It’s just like one of those television documentaries where you can see what the surgeon sees inside the body with the camera.

Ptplec says that we all have the ability to self direct and self heal, even when it comes to internal surgery!

Ptplec: The point behind the bridge of the nose (the ‘screen’) that triangulates with the two points behind the ears, is where you can locate, watch, and direct function of internal organs and body systems physically. This is an important point, not energetically but physically. This is used if you want to self diagnose or self repair.

I know that you have our own physical self repair system, such as when you cut your finger, it will heal by itself. But I am talking about clearing blocked arteries, and everything from strengthening muscles to repairing holes in the heart. This covers anything that the body doesn't generally do without direction or outside intervention.

Elaine: Okay, I accept what you have said, but I can also imagine how a lot of people would say that this is an impossible task or a hard statement to believe. I know they would say that they can't see inside their body, let alone clear blocked arteries!

I imagine they would say, what am I doing here--crossing my eyes and looking at the front of my nose? I can also see how it would take lots of practice and people would be resistant to it.

Imagine, for example, if a doctor came along and said you have got blocked arteries, or an ulcer or something internal that needed to be stitched up, people wouldn't even know where to start!

Ptplec: Yes, I understand your concerns, but what I'm showing you is what you will be able to do in the future. I am revealing talents and abilities that you have; that you use and maybe you didn't realize you used. They are like your directional navigation ability, and your intuitive guidance system. I am showing you that there are other parts located in your head and in your energy field that you can utilize to do other things you didn’t know you could.

Ptplec: Yes, there is some important information to give you on the use of frequency for reactivating DNA. In fact, it's already happening at this point in time. There is an energetic band containing a specific frequency which has been introduced into the field or atmosphere of your planet, which is altering people's DNA as we speak. This alteration is not an instantaneous thing; it can take from two or three months to two years to take effect on people.

And as we have previously discussed, this introduced frequency is primarily to modify the inclination towards violence and aggression in people on planet earth.

We do this for all of you because, you must have acceptance of others as being different to the self. If you can extend the hand of friendship to all instead of the fist of war, you will not continue along this path that you are on, which is polarization between those who will judge others and fight for pointless causes, and those who will work together for the common good of all.

It is by frequency that we will expand and enhance your DNA patterning over time: it is by frequency that we can adjust capabilities in people, because if the entire DNA contained within yourselves were activated, you could become anything you wish, at any point in time.

As one example, the seventh dimensional beings who visit this planet can appear, or take on the form of anything that they wish to be. So if they feel the need to appear as a human, tree, stone, dog or bumblebee, through intention all that is required is to activate the DNA patterns within themselves of such a creature or a thing.

You know from research that you have seen that your DNA as a human is not so far different from that of a chimpanzee, or a fruit fly, and it's like flicking a few mental switches to alter your patterning energetically, and to change your molecular structure to become anything you want.

Now, as I say this, you obviously inhabit a physical body and your physical body would need to be refined tremendously in order to achieve that, which is why you don't have all your DNA frequencies turned on….. you would probably explode! But as you progress, little by little, different things are turned on.

Think about this; what you call autistic savants have different sections of their DNA turned on. They have the ability for incredible dexterity with numbers, astounding talent with visual interpretation of their surroundings, and phenomenal musical talents.

Now all those talents and abilities are within everyone, but with the autistic savant, as they call them, in some cases their brains have turned on a particular set of genes, but to balance and in order to retain a degree of sanity, has turned off some of their social skills.

The human being can concentrate and display those talents, but if he or she were to have those abilities and all the social skills, you would call him a madman, because it would go beyond genius into what you label as insanity. As such, the human form has not yet learned how to command that kind of greatness of thinking, along with the external skills, and stay within the boundaries or what is classed as ‘normal’.

So you can imagine how you could be in the future, once the two are married and you have your external living in the world but having unlimited potential and unlimited qualities, and talents that you can use at any given point in time. And this is one of the most important reasons why you as humans must learn to master your emotions.

You must learn to be non-judgmental, that is, not to judge yourselves, and to not judge others.

The first step is to let all of your focus be in the now, to let everything around you be perfect as it is, and all be fine and okay. Knowing that you cannot yet see the bigger picture, and that everything has perfect order, allows you to let everything be as it is. Because when you think you see a fault or imperfection in anything around you, you are committing an error. It is an error by judgement, because everything is perfect and complete the way it is.

When you come to that, you reach a level of peace inside that says there is nothing I need to do, accept express myself and enjoy. For when you tap into the qualities that you all have, of perfect art, musicianship or creativity, should you be plagued or beleaguered by emotional conflict, doubt of the self, or punishment and judgement of the self, it then becomes madness, and the talent becomes wasted because the mind cannot handle it; the emotional body cannot handle it.

So, step by step, the frequencies unfold, and our first and primary mission is to help to bring humanity into a state of peacefulness, and that comes by taking away or changing your previous position as humans towards aggression.

And you will discover in the future, as you have seen before, that it is possible to create fourth dimensional music and sound vibrations. And as you create your holographic pictures and music in the air, it is possible to make the whole experience, be it visual film, or music, and make it a complete holographic sensory experience.

This sensory experience will have all stimulations, not just the physical senses, with smell, taste, touch, and hearing stimulated, but also your energetic body will be stimulated to see beyond what is visual and into the larger concept of what is presented to you.

The more you clean and lighten your physical body and refine your energy field, the more the brain is cleansed, giving you the ability to see the bigger event. When I say the word ‘see’, I do not mean with the eyes, but you will experience, feel, and know deep within, a previously invisible, unheard message, as an extension of the five senses you normally use.

You know, I have talked you previously about the five senses, using these senses, and the energetic points in the head. The whole reasoning behind all of this is to expand the energetic capability of the brain.

My mother previously told you about leaving logic behind, and allowing right brain spatial thinking to dominate; eventually not to be in ‘right brain left brain mode’ where the signals crossover from left to right, but to be in a whole ‘united’ mode, where the signals go from the front to the back of the head/brain. (see the book Voices from our Galaxy)

This mode will utilize both the receivers and antennae you have in the energetic brain, and your inner reception (or inner television screen), inner sight or inner knowing, or inner telepathy which has no words. The whole experience is a ‘felt’ or feeling experience.

Elaine: The beginnings of this technology are being created now on our planet. We spoke once before about the musical instrument called the Theremin, where you use magnetic fields to operate the musical instrument. This has gone on to be developed into using electronic energy to create 'body' music. The principle is, as you move yourself around a room where this equipment is set up, your body reacts with the magnetic field and you create sounds and music. So it is possible to dance a sound, and that exercise of dancing a sound is honing your ability to feel the music, and perfecting your ability to create without thinking. It's an energetic and body feeling process, and I am sure the autonomic nervous system comes into play then.

How we will be in the future.

Back to the other Planet:

Ptplec: Concerning the civilization on this other planet, they also have much longer days than you do here on earth. Not because of the moons or the Sun, but because they artificially light with the blue light like daylight (mentioned before) well into the night….. such as midnight or two o'clock in the morning.

The people there have decided that they will split their day with six hours of work and then 12 hours of following their own pursuits.

Some people are concerned with planetary things for maybe two days of the week (and I am talking to you in earth’s concept of time so that you can understand), and the rest of the time they are free.

I point this out because when your civilization has advanced more, you will find that there is less need to labour, and have more time to be creative. That in itself will allow the scientists, chemists and biologists amongst you to progress even faster. The feeling and concept he wants to convey strongly here, is that ‘Less is More’.

Less effort, less physical labour, will achieve much more than you ever have before, simply because a lot of the systems and ways you do things will no longer be necessary.

For example: In the time of your Industrial Revolution, it may have taken a week to get coal from one part of the country to another, by barge or train. Everything needed a lot of manpower, effort and time. Although things have speeded up in some places in the world, there are still many areas that take everything by horse and cart, mule or buffalo, and even by foot.

All of this hinges on your concept of money; when we have impressed the importance of ‘less is more’, and you realize that you can achieve things in your lifetime with more simplicity, you can then put your energy and attention to what is much more globally important.

Once realized, you will be able to see the bigger picture I try to illustrate.

Ptplec is trying to give me the whole concept of what it will or could be like with no monetary system. Hardly any labour, more use of telepathy: more self-creativeness, more leisure time, more thinking time. More expansion of the mind time, less quantity but better quality of food; things that grow faster and are more nutritious, and an explosion out of the work and slog mentality into the creational mentality. And within that, you can still create the all the things you need to survive, without all the trappings and frippery that we have now.

Ptplec says the most important things that have emerged on this other planet, are the ability to travel both around the earth, on the earth and into the sea; and the ability to do that without harming the environment in any way. The ability to create things of beauty, inspirational works; the ability to use the mind as never before with telepathy and communication.

Then what comes after the ability to travel anywhere you want is the desire and the progression towards traveling out from your earth into the solar system, and from then out into the Galaxy.

Ptplec: There needs to be a lot of steps taken before you get to that stage, to make it safe, to make it easy and finally to make it possible.

So before you can step on that ladder you need to be in the same kind of format that I have just explained to you, as on the planet where so much has changed. Then you will be ready for the kind of technology that takes you from here to Andromeda or anywhere, in the blink of an eye. As you are now, you could not or would not accept it, could not cope with it physically, and it is just not possible….. or let's say, it is possible, but not practical right now, but it will come in the future.

Question: Will peoples awareness of all of this be 4^th dimensional? That is, will they only be able to see it in the minds eye, and not with the physical eyes?

Answer: Thank you for the question. I will explain about the 4^th Dimension. In a simplified way, the 4^th dimension occupies the spaces in between the molecules of the 3^rd dimension. All you need to do to be aware of it, is to shift your focus of attention, or your way of seeing things.

The solid matter of the 3^rd dimension is visible whilst your focus is still aimed there, and forms your reality. So, instead of continually looking at the perceived reality in front of you, such as a chair or table, look with soft eyes at the edges of everything, perhaps making your eyes slightly out of focus, in much the same way that an artist might look at a tree. When any artist looks at a tree, they see both the tree shape and the negative shapes around it. They are not focusing on what they think a tree ought to look like, but on the shape. This awareness of the space around the tree enables you to detach from logical thinking (this is a tree) and to achieve a perfect drawing of the tree without having focused directly on it. By changing your focus and thoughts you can achieve so much. Detach your thoughts from labeling and naming things, free yourself from learned concepts!

When you see an object in front of you, try looking at the space about halfway between you and the object. With this simple practice, you will soon understand what I am saying and begin to be able to step towards seeing different realities. When you are ready for more, try seeing the space beyond the object, by ignoring what your brain tells you is there. You may not see into the 4^th dimension by doing this, as it is just an exercise to train you to think differently. Here is another exercise for you. Look at your table, see what is on it in your third dimension; It could be a book, or a cloth or any number of items. Now look at the surface of the table as if there was nothing on it, use your imagination to visualize a clear table, or maybe no table at all!

Eventually, you will be able to see everything this way, and when you can, you will realise that you can walk through walls as if they were not there, because for you, they will not be there as your attention will be focused on a differently reality.

You will have equalized yourself in frequency with the spaces in between the 3^rd dimensional atoms and molecules by the law of attraction and intention, ……You will learn that you can be anywhere you want to be, just by changing your focus of attention.

I often go to my home planet, simply by wanting to be there. I see myself as ‘I am there’ and then I am!

We have nothing to do all day but monitor the feelings and emotions of the planet, i.e. the atmosphere, the consciousness. We sing to bring harmony and we use our ‘minds’ to bring new concepts into the higher dimensions, ready for you to receive. We bring new concepts and new feelings of love and advice like parents to children.

We try to turn the consciousness of humans upwards, casting impulses of higher vibrations into your web of consciousness, like a net into the sea of your thinking. It floats down from the 5^th dimension, and sinks through into your 4^th (mental), and 3^rd (thoughts, ideas) dimension, where we hope it catches many people with its power and awareness.

We fish for you, as you fish the Oceans. But we cast out thoughts to enhance and help you. We soothe the planet, and we also know when it is time to watch the lion (this planet) roar, stretch and manifest the destiny as it should be.

Remember, all things have happened already, and so all events are perfect. Do not fret or be concerned—all is as it must be.

We borrow the whale when we need to send ‘big’ thoughts into your dimension. They are wonderful broadcasters of telepathic thought. Like huge transmitters, they serve us well.

Remember, however, that they are not our servants, they give of themselves as the highest form in your dimension, freely and with Love. We are them, and they are us.

You see us, and we are the higher dimensional souls of the Whales. Each manifested level or aspect of the Whale is different.

You do not affect the world as much as you think you do, especially with your material pollution—oh no—it is your thoughts, intentions and consciousness which affects the world, and that is what we must deal with and harmonize.

But the Oceans are vast, and the Earth changes will come from the Ocean, because IT IS TIME.

How to expand your Consciousness beyond the 5 senses

Question to the Andromedans: How do you expand your consciousness into the higher dimensions?

First things first,….you cannot go physically, because you would disappear!

Expand your senses and use all 5 plus 5 more, which are:

The first five are linked with logical left brain thinking,---you see, hear, taste, touch and smell.

The second five are accessed through the right hemisphere of the brain:

Sight—using inner vision, 3^rd eye and 5^th eye (upper vision). By closing your eyes and visualising, then letting whatever you see or feel become real. Be immersed in it.

Hearing: Really listen to the silence, and again, using your right brain, listen to the spaces between natural sounds, like birds, air, sea, atmosphere,……this makes your hearing more acute. Listen for both high and low sounds.

Taste: How many of you eat consciously? How many of you chew every mouthful with your knife and fork laid down and close your eyes and really think about what you are eating or tasting?

In this way, you will find you eat less and are more satisfied. Be aware of how alive your food is, (or not, as the case may be)!

It's all about expanding your awareness of everything around you, both inside and out.

Touch: Have you ever put your consciousness into the ends of your fingertips, and really thought about what you are touching?

Doing the blindfold thing – Have you ever put on a blindfold and played the ‘What am I touching’ game?

This works well with tasting as well. This brings you to more acute awareness of the wonderful senses you have, and how much you ignore them most of the time!

Then we move on to feeling energy, this game is the right brain function: to be able to feel the energy of your aura or particles around you.

How can you go into the other dimensions, if you don't know where they are? They extend outwards, and in words from you, and so start with what you have, which is yourself.

From The Andromedans through Elaine,.... to all of you out there.

I see 4 strands of energy being twisted together like rope, and the Sirian Being says, let it sit there until you understand.

Just one strand becomes many and all are woven into a bigger thing—like knitting. The 4 chemicals (plus 2 more?) make human DNA, and can be woven into many forms. It can be knotted (like knitting) where it holds tight, but can be unraveled if you wish. Just one knot at each end can hold it all, but even that can be undone.

Wormholes are like knitting—strands of energy, twisted around to form a vortex through which energy or matter can pass. Wormholes are the macrocosm of the microcosm which is DNA.

The answer to ‘what is the Universe?’, is:

One Line……one line of energy can be formed into any geometrical or other shape. It forms everything, and the line never ends or begins—it is a constant flow of energy with forms inside it, like knitting (different stitches and patterns in a garment).

So every ‘thing’ is just another ‘stitch’ in the garment of the Universe. Even though you think you are separate, you are all knots and patterns made of the same ‘string’ or line of energy.

It is the most complex and beautiful ‘thing’ in existence. In fact, it is all that is—and it never ends.

So we are all made out of the same strand of energy, we are just different patterns.

Even though you walk around freely and planets orbit their suns, they are not disconnected—they are all one part of the strand that makes the garment which is the universe. It goes beyond that too, and back on itself, like the open ‘sock’ principle—it turns itself inside out and back again in a never ending torus.

Because the energy is so tightly woven in places, it bounces off of itself and creates more complex forms. This is how chemicals/elements are made. It is self perpetual and ever growing, so when it snakes around itself, and some parts touch, new combinations are made. This is how your periodic table of gases and elements formed.

It is how new mixed race children are created— when one thing touches something new, a new thing is created that was not there before. This is how new species are created, as combinations of previously un-met parts of the strand.

When new behaviours are learned, that is a new strand of knowing. For example, when the strand mixes in the animal kingdom, you call it evolution. It is just the weave and flow of the energy creating new combinations.

When we create something new, it’s like adding another stitch to the fabric of the Universe. When something becomes extinct, it’s like a stitch was undone, or unraveled. The potential to‘re-knit’ is there, (and also to re-knit in another form) but it will never be the same unless you salvage the DNA from the exact place in the energy line before it is ‘undone’. This is like taking a holographic photograph of something and then reproducing it completely from the pixels of the holographic image. It has to be there in 3D, including the energetic pattern, for it to be re-created exactly the same.

People are like stitches that unravel and reform with each new lifetime. The energy strand is still there (the soul), but it reforms into something new, still carrying the energy of the old (past life memory).

Where disaster strikes and things are swept away, as with a tsunami, flood or earthquake, it is the same as a group of stitches coming undone, allowing new forms to be spun from the human and geographical energy. It will reform but never be the same.

Cities can become like big knots of tangled strand. When the strand is too tangled, its energy doesn’t flow well so decay and lack of energy of light and movement occur. This is why cities can be difficult places to live in, because much old energy is held there, without much scope for undoing and‘re-knitting’ into something better.

As the energy strand is alive, and flowing with potential and consciousness, it fares better in a place of constant flow and change. This is why humans find it hard to change. They don’t like to feel unravelled and free flowing.

But only living this way, can you ‘bump into’ another potential, and reform into something new and as yet unformed.

To change is to undo your ties (your stitch) and become a new part of the garment, remembering all the time that every part of the garment is the same ‘one line’, just different shaped stitches and patterns.

When a nuclear explosion or any act of destruction occurs, it cannot be undone, and it rips a hole in the fabric of the universe. Then the edges of that hole start to unravel (compare this in humans to the knock on effects of disaster, which is suffering, grief and trauma). Once the energy of the ‘line’ is changed in this way, it leaves a still point or void into which anti-matter rushes. It takes many eons to recreate the original energy of the line. This is why destruction is different to extinction. Some things alter the energy so much that it cannot be used to create again.

Tonight there is a lightening storm over the Ocean, and the flashes of light are amazing. I went outside to the courtyard, and tuned in. There is a large ship above the ranch, and on it are what can only be described as a Star Council of Beings. I am told that there are many friends and relatives from other dimensions and worlds that are kindred to the people coming here to the ranch for this gathering.

I see beings from Sirius, Andromeda, Arcturus, the Pleiades, Corina Celeste, the Central Sun Region, Cignus, Draconus, and Jehieva quadrant (of which I have never heard before). They come to greet us and get reacquainted with their fellow souls, who have been away living other lives on this and other planetary systems.

This is a time for both joy and new plans, to update us on the balance of our humanity and to inspire us with new ideas which will help make ripples in the enlightenment of mankind. There will be many ‘grass root’ ideas which although they may not seem as if they are so important, will help and support the new wave of souls who will make the largest impact on society for hundreds of years. Humanities way of thinking will be forever changed for the better. There is a great deal of critical change happening now, and it is time for the old school thinking of your scientists to be swept away. The new science/understanding of energetics is emerging and will herald the way into a new age…but not without casualties along the way. But then every child who learns to walk must fall occasionally.

You are a strong people and will survive well. We are happy and waiting for your communication over the next week and beyond that too, once our bonds have been forged again.

We will attempt to create physical visual effects for you all to witness, and talk over our common history in your dream state. Our vehicle is over your home at the moment, and another is over the water. When you are all in the ocean, we can transmit our mental messages with more ease, and you are very receptive when your levels of joy are heightened.

Elaine: This is a quite a time into the future, so what happens on earth before then?

“Between now and 2010 there will be many more contacts between us and humans, with preparation for these events as the focus. You will find that people who have common knowledge of what is about to happen will find each other and get together.

Between now and 2010, the majority of people will spend time discovering how to step outside of the illusory realities you currently subscribe to, and will come to understand the way to leave them behind. As race on planet Earth, you are all in mid-stride of a revolutionary change in your way of thinking.

The pace of this change will be rapid. If you consider the mental leap from the free thinking of the 60’s to the focus on personal power today, you will be aware of the speed of this evolutionary path. The same degree of change that happened then will be achieved in a much shorter time.

There will be a movement out of using logical thinking into linear/spatial right brain thinking.

Within the next five years people on earth will advance much closer to being an intuitive based society, and this brings with it the ability to affect your own reality. Some will make this transition from logic into linear/spatial right brain thinking more easily .

You will all eventually have right brain dominant thinking. Those not into the western world of high tech and finance, those who still live in villages and grow their own food…they already use the right brain more as it serves them better . They will find the transition much more fluid.

In contrast, in Western society where there is a greater attachment to money and material things, people will find it harder to change their views on creating their own reality, and there will be resistance. People will not understand how any kind of change will be possible.

The change is really all about people being responsible for themselves and the situations they are in, allowing for the fact that they can change their reality at any time, and letting go of fear and concern as to exactly how things can work.

There is an upsurge in the recognition of the law of attraction, and this will work well for you if you allow it. You are all so powerful, and do not realise that your thoughts really do create all that is around you. Simply by changing those thoughts and acting upon them, you will construct your new circumstances faster than you could have ever imagined.

Elaine: I am now being shown a great wave which engulfs the coast line of Britain from Cornwall traveling up the coast past Devon and on between Wales and Ireland.

It is like the kind of tidal wave or tsunami that has been experienced in the U.S.A.

I have never seen this kind of thing in Britain before. I can see that this will turn the focus of the British people toward helping each other and will unify them. I feel that this will happen within the next 5 years, between now and 2012. The wave comes in, and thankfully goes out again, like a Tsunami, and I can see that this will not only happen in the U.K. but in other places too.

Q: Are you really from the 12^th planet?

A: We are located there at the moment, but in reality we come in on a higher dimension than the one which is the visible dimension on this planet.

Q: I fear that the underlying messages being broadcast at the moment are that we most likely will die, or it will seem like that. Can you explain? I am confused.

A: The next 10 years on this planet will be turbulent, with many cataclysmic weather changes and events occurring. However, you will not die, per-se….but you will live in a different way to that which you have done before.

Q: What kind of way? Can you explain?

A: More peace—more connectedness, more knowing and insight. It will be a part of your ‘job’ to tell others of how it is. Your plans will come to fruition.

Q: What of the world?

A: We show you the planet Earth from a distance with its dramatic climate changes and as advancing sense of comradeship spreading throughout the people. Drama and loss will bring you all together, and we blanket the earth with the new vibration to collectively activate the care and love you have for each other. Call it genetic manipulation if you wish, but we prefer to see it as enhancing the love and diminishing the hate and discord amongst men on earth. To this end, it coincides with the need to be more like brothers in order to deal with the events on earth. It will be spread over time, but it will not be lingering and difficult as it has been in the past. Previously, the few struggled to be heard by the many. From now the tide will turn, and the many will influence the few for the good of mankind and the salvation of life.

Continue to spread your news in your own way. You form two hands linked in a chain that will cover the earth and the light will prevail. We now actively interfere with the folly of men to halt destruction. You will have enough to deal with from your earth, without mankind adding to the situation.

Question: What shall I tell them?

A: Tell them all about us, our ships, our way of being. Earth is in the process of a structural transition. It is changing now, and about to change more, with land, weather, climate and position. It will be nothing you cannot or will not deal with.

You will find when all is done that the most important aspect to emerge is living in LOVE—being happy and content with what you have, and seeing the other dimensions from within that space. When the pressures on this earth to survive are lessened (living simply, with joy) you will walk through into the different dimensions with ease. It is all a preparation for a death in a way. The genetics of the human body are wonderful but flawed, and whilst redressing those flaws, many of you who realise that this body no longer serves will leave it behind as you join the next dimension and beyond.

Q: I don’t quite understand…can you explain more simply?

A: The earth will change---Many will die as always, and the rest will be modified. We are helping to save the human species in its physical form, but with improvements.

Q: How will those improvements happen? What are they?

A: It will be a subtle affair—as you have grasped, with the aid of genetic master manipulators, a frequency band is being activated around the earth. It begins in pockets and will link up using the electromagnetic grid around the earth. It will take up to two years to manifest in people, and there are some that will resist. As you know, frequency can be nullified if the opposing frequency is stronger. Its like giving your PC (earth people) an upgrade—sometimes there are bugs that need to be fixed as the program opens up. We will not know to what extent this will be until the frequency is ‘up and running’ strongly all over the earth.

Q: Oh dear….does it matter where I am?

A: You will be in Glastonbury.

Q: What ….all the time?

A: No, not all the time. We will meet you there. My son will come to you (Andromedan Female’s son). In the mean time, we are doing all we can to educate and inform through people that broadcast on your internet.

Q: How long have you known these beings (the genetic master manipulators) were coming?

A: We have always known they would come back. They have talked with us at the Council meeting place, and it was decided that these steps should be taken in conjunction with the earth’s changes. We can monitor what will happen on earth long before you detect these things.

There is a much bigger plan underway, the details of which are held by many other ET’s—they all have their part to play in this doing different jobs, and taking care of different aspects of the earth. As changes occur we must rescue some elements (birds and animals?) before they are lost forever. A lot of them, we already have—but we will preserve life where we can.

This is one reason why we encourage you to let go of possessions, they only anchor you to the third dimension. When you return home, then you will let go of even more. You will see that being in ‘LOVE’ is enough to raise you to see the coming reality. There will be no need to ‘fix’ human problems/illnesses in the same way as before. We will teach you another way to help others, as we know this is one way in which you manifest your love.

Colorado will be green again, and lush valleys will again be there. It will be cooler and wetter, but humid.

Removing emotional blocks from the body

Question to the Andromedans via Elaine:

What can be done to remove emotional blocks in our human bodies?

Fear for humans creates a matrix of anti matter and positive ions in the body. It blocks oxygen to the cells and causes aging and deterioration of function. Simple ways of reversing the polarity of the ions is to breathe deeply, begin to focus on appreciation of all that is wonderful.

Look for all that is good, and remove judgement that anything is bad.

I feel you ask about pain, sadness and sorrow.

It comes form the lack of frequency of Joy (obviously), and to dispel positive ions and replace with negative ions, the human body needs oxygen and electrical charge. This can be received from the atmosphere, or more commonly from other beings giving you their love and energy.

You can use your power of intention to focus on areas that feel heavy and dead inside you.

Invoke the energy of being fearless and courageous. Do not be afraid to feel your energy field. For if you do not connect to your energy field you cannot use it to heal yourself or recharge your cells with light.

In the same way, electrical discharge with a lightening storm fills the air with negative ions which promote oxygen in the cells, thus giving the cellular electricity more charge. This then produces light, and this lifts the vibrations, and sadness and sorrow is dispelled.
